The spray foam insulation has become a must use item in an attempt to fix the gaps in the drywall cut outs Dan made.  Some as much and more than an inch wide. If it don't move, Paint it!! That must be Dan's motto when he has his painters hat on

Notice the gubber in the paint, just above the box on the right.  Nice straight cuts. Makes one wonder.

This is an example of a cutout that when I complained to Dan about them, he says, "there not that bad" - Right!!

Dan Promised me he would tape and mud the bad cutouts.  This is just a mild example of how he keeps his promise. The largest wall plate barely covers this gapping hole

Nice straight mud job - according to asshole Dan.

Hell, nothing wrong with this job.  I am just to picky!  Well, I hope you will be picky before you hire Dan!! Yep, I can still hear Dan say "Their not that bad".  I am the asshole for not running him off after his second day on the job. I'll bet there are a lot of electrician's that hate working behind Dan the man, painter extraordinaire!! Drywall finish that any jack leg could be proud of

No!! Dan didn't mark it with orange. I did, to point out the bad mess on the wall that stands out a lot planer than the camera can pick up.  The wall is just so nice and straight that any color wall plate would look like shit!! If this was GOOD, then it makes me wonder just  what Dan thinks is a "bad job"

Dan said you will never be able to see the seams or mud lines!!  Trust me, I don't see them as long as I keep my eyes closed!!

This gubber made it thru the sanding phase, the primer phase, and the finish coat.  It wouldn't be so bad if there was just one of these but there were many This has to be the height of laziness.  I found at least half a dozen more just like this one and also about 8 or ten drywall screws captured in just the same way.  I guess Dan must know more than I do on why these are needed just where he put them.  Shame - it was the only nice tight space and he still managed to screw it up. Yes, it does get worse than this. I sure wish I had not been so trusting.  When I see work like this, I know Dan saw it also,  and since I wasn't looking to close, he CHOOSE to ignore it. At least 3 times.  Mudding,  painting the primer coat, and painting the top coat.  Yep, stuff like this is all the proof I need to call him an asshole crook!! choose
