We could not have taken a year to repair our house after the hurricane without Home Depot's help. By ordering items from Home Depot we were privileged with waiting and delays and more crap than we could even imagine.
You really need to special order something from the Home Depot and experience the delays, damaged items, wrong items and be told how sorry they are that the mistake happened over and over again.
I really like how big ticket items are not displayed or available to view or price check on the internet web site. By big ticket I mean large bulky items like a set of French doors. But yet some large items are on the site. Large claw feet bath tubs come to mind.
