As I got it.

The short stubby ramps were for a large 6 ft cut lawnmower. The guy backed one of the mowers on the ramps which gave him room to haul two mowers.

Tounge looks like it came from a mobile home.

Left light missing. Nice HD ramps

Rotten wood. The center seems ok but I plan to replace all of it.

Jack has been bent at an odd angle. It's froze up and will need to be replaced

The center of the tounge has a floor. Nice storage cubby hole.

First step was to remove the stubby ramps

With the ramps gone I can tackle the front channel

I didn't know my sweetie picked up the camera

About as good as it's going to get. It sure was nice that the front 2x12 ran across the front.

Got tired of working on the front channel so I removed one of the rusty hand cranks.

Removed the other hand crank.

Close, will get it closer after I get rid of the old jack.

Not to shabby! Came out better than I was expecting.

Ran new wire, and replaced the light fixture on the left. It was dark by the time I got them working.

Going to make the puny, almost usless tie downs go away. Also going to redo the marker lights

Starting on the deck. All new 2x12 planks. Will be attached using stainless steel bolts and hardware

Didn't even have the deck completed and I used the trailer to go pickup one heck of a load of steel. A couple of pieces are still on the trailer. Dumped the rest out back.

Top deck about finished. Used one of the better old boards for the front

Used some of the steel I picked up and started to make supports for the ramps.

Doesn't lok to bad with the reflective tape and new marker lights. Had to cut off the old light mount and install larger pieces for the new lights

Front is looking better. Got a new jack installed.

The new jack support. Made use of one of the 5" channel pieces that was one of those short stubby ramps that was on the front.

Added the reflective tape on the side.

I decided to replace the tongue.
